Numbers locked on laptop

I have an hp laptop and for some reason only my 5 and 6 number keys work. I have tried fn and num lk but all it does is turn the letters on my keyboard into numbers.
anyone know how to fix this??

Dear Morgan,

Please remove the keys and clean up all dust

underneath and place them back. This should

fix up the problem.
