Flash blue screen

hi to all,..
please help, i got a problem on my PC,.. when every time a turn on my PC,.. after the windows xp screen,. a fast flash blue screen appear then,.. my PC automatic reboot,.. i try the safe mode option but it didn't work,.. can anyone here know the solution?,.. advance thanks,...
