Connecting Dell Latitude PC to Samsung LCD TV

Hello,

I'm connecting my Dell Latitude E6400 PC to my Samsung LCD TV via a VGA cable. Both are set to 1024x768 pixels and 60hz. However, the image on the TV (being transmitted from the PC) is flashing rapidly. Ideas?

Try increasing the refresh rate on your PC for external connections
