Pc boots up and then will not load windows

Hello,

at the minuet i am trying to run an asus p5p43td pro motherboard, asus en9400gt silent graphicx card and intel 2.94ghz core 2 duo processer.
my pc boots up to a black screen where i am told that there was a problem booting up and have to choose between 5 options:
safe mode
safe mode with networking
safe mode with command prompt
the most recent settings that worked
start windows as normal

it will not pass this screen regardless of what option i choose. as soon as i choose an option it runs for 5 seconds and restarts..........continually.

any help is much appreciated,

Hi there,

It seems to me that your operating system is currupted and its time to re-install it. Be careful when using

Recovry disc because these disks wipe everything from the disk. Its better to see some local computer shop.

They will help you.
