Dvd-ram drive doesn't read cds

Hello,
from manys day my dvd-ram drive is not reading cds but it read's dvd's but once i insert cd then it's unable to read cd's

check for the drivers and install them properly. You can also go to the concerned website of the manufacturer to troubleshoot the problem.
