How to totally clean trojan W32.Agent.ajh ?

Hello all,

My computer use Kaspersky AntiVirus 2009 ver 8 and detected trojanW32.Agent.ajh . How to clean it bcoz still detected even its deleted by Kaspersky. Can anyone guide me? TQ

hi there,

try using zonealarm antivirus possibly it could remove it

I'm sorry, I didn't clean it before.
I think, you should try to search it from Symantec Antivirus website or other antivirus website.

symantec endpoint can detect it and remove it also but when you restart the computer you will find them again,
it's a big problem
