Wired internet works but not wireless conenct

After trying to secure our wireless network, the wireless computers cannot connect to the internet. The base PC's internet connects since it's wire connected to the internet. In changing the security settings, I know I touched nothing else except for the WEP settings. Please help, our ISP (Comcast) could not help and NetGear technical support is not up and running for some reason.
