How to use recovery data folder in laptop

Hello,
i have hp dv6-1225er laptop,there have windows vista home premium edition,but that data is in the form of recovery folder.and volume of this data is 8.61GB.basically that window is in russian language.i dont know,how to use that recovery data,i want to install window from recovery folder.plz tell me the way,how can i use it?will b thankefull.
