TunesPlus 3.0 software is not working

Hello,
I am trying to copy my music off my iPod onto my computer using TunesPlus 3.0 but my iPod is not being detected by this program, but it is being detected on iTunes and the computer. Does anyone have any ideas why?

same here, mine actually worked when i first installed and i got my music from my ipod on my new desktop.
now it won't let me get any other music from, say, someone else's ipod. WTF!!!

go to this website and it will tell you how to download the update http://na6.salesforce.com/sol/public/solutionbrowser.jsp?cid=02n80000000AE2T&orgId=00D80000000LhUC . i did this and then it worked after that :)
