I pod wont turn on

Hello,
my bf dropped my i pod ever since then it has not turned on i tried everything i restored it and everything it only works when i plug it in i,m wondering if it's the battery can anyone help me please

Dear Slim,

It might be that there is a hardware damaged and you

will have to get it repaired for the iPod to work back again.
