Computer goes nto safe mode

Hello,
when i power up my computer it goes into the safe mode, when i move it to safe it then puts across the screen;
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)windows\system32\drivers\.........and so on all the way down the screen.
this happens in all modes.
if i ask it to start from last known config it tries to start but then goes back to the same screen
please help
