Hello,
OMG HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! my ipod wont work! its got a black screen, wont charge, or turn on and it isnt recognized by iTunes.
i have tryed EVERYTHING from holding down MENU and center button to messing with the hold button and NOTHING works please please please help me

Dear Sir,

Please have the iPod charged and if it doesn't get charged, please

check whether the problem is not from a faulty cable. Also try

restoring it to see if it gets working properly.
