I do not hear sound on skype conversation

Hello,
my sound is ok when i play music or speak thru mic but i cannot hear any sound when i used this same PC on skype call conversation.

I do not hear sound on skype conversation
Create skype account with gmail - Guide
Skype games - Guide
If i delete a conversation on viber will the other person see it - Guide
Sound picker - Guide
Skype last seen days ago - Guide

Hi there,

open skype,press on tools>options>audio setting and set the volume ,then save .
