Hello,

When I try to open my music from:

Start/My Music

I get the following message:

"Windows Explorer"

"C:\5856673c52b5ee2fe1\My Music is not accessible.

"Access is denied"

====================================

Please let me know how to correct this problem

Thank you.

go to my computer, click on C: local disk, then clikc documents and settings, click yoru user name, click my music and tell me if its there?

if it is, copy the directory from the address bar.

click start, right click my computer and change the target location to this.

This morning I went to:

Windows Explore

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner Roberto.000\My Documents and "My Music" was not there.

Then I downloaded a song, saved it, and went to the window "My Documents" and "My Music" was there, which I clicked and played ONLY THE SONG I JUST DOWNLOADED (Missing all the songs I had under "My Music").

Then I went to:

C:\Documents and Settings\Owner Toberto.000\My Documents\My Music and played the downloaded song.

But when I go to:

Start/My Music I still get the following message:

"Windows Explore"

"C:\5856673c52b5ee2fe1\My Music is not accessible."
"Access is denied"
