Blue Screen Pops Up Before WindowsXP Can Open

I cannot get into Windows at all because the BSoD pops up immediately after the Windows XP screen ends, but before the laptop's desktop can be found, even in Last Good Configuration and Safe Mode. The error messages are: ***STOP: 0x00000024 (0x00190203,0x867AA9D8,0xC0000102,0X00000000).

Unable also to follow the following instruction on the blue screen because its presence prevents accessing the necessary links on the computer: "Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities. Check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK/F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer."
