Hello,

guy i need help.. i just instal panda anti virus pro 2009 and activate it, but it wont update. i try to repair from the cd, but i automaticaly removed the panda. i reintal, try to retenter the activation code but i t rejected.. help..

Hello,

I think that this could be caused by a conflict with another anti-virus. Do you presently have or have had another anti-virus on your computer? Anti-virus applications seldom like their own company.

Before installing anti-virus, the previous mus be completely removed, in some instances, the registry must also get cleaned-up.

Also, you could try contacting Panda.
