Restore lost messages on nokia e71

Hello,
is there any possible way of restoring all lost (important) txt messages ...
lost them & calendar notes after doing a soft reset..... plzzz help!!

Dear Sir,

This task will not be accomplished by carrying a soft restore or any way else for once a file is deleted, it is removed completely and you can't have it back.
