Deleting rows in excel based on condition

Hello,
I am in need of assistance in creating an excel macro which will delete rows that do NOT equal a number combination. (The number combination format is always xx-xxxx where x is defined always as a number, ie; 10-1234).

You need to provide a bit more info. Is it one time deal (then why need macro), is it like wild card etc.
