Cannot upload pics from camera to pc

Hello,

I was able to do this a few days ago, no problem. Now I go to insert the SD card in the hard drive slot, the pictures will appear but can't do anything with it from there, it won't let me.

I've also tried using the USB cord and there's an error. I've also tried importing from the twain in Photoshop and the pictures don't appear, an error appears there too.

Can anyone tell me what's happened and how can I upload pictures again? As I mentioned, I uploaded a few days ago without any errors.

Any help is appreciated!

Dear Webby,

You should have received an installation cd at the purchase of the camera, please get its driver and software installed in order to be able to complete the tasks.
