Hello,
I have installed Ubuntu 9.10 for netbook in my Acer Aspire one (netbook - 160gb hd and 1 gb ram) and everything seems working perfect except for one software: Ekiga Voip.
I have installed the software from Ubuntu downoload center and opened an Ekiga account.
Unfortunately the integrated webcam is not recognized (Acer Crystal webcam) and I have no idea how to use this software because even the Echo test is mute.
All my peripherals are working (Cheese is detecting my webcam, I can watch and listen to any video and music).
I am really surprised that Ekiga software, which is supported by Canonical, does not work at all in my netbook.
It seems that Ubuntu reluctantly accepts Voip software (Skype for Linux has audio problem in my computer).
Can you help?
Thanks
