hello there,
when windows has loaded,
go to start>run> type "msconfig"
go to the "boot.ini" tab and deselect the option "/SAFEBOOT"
hopefully this would solve it?

I've done using system restore & also uninstall those update.. . still not working :(
WORKED FOR ME, TOO!!! You just saved me a new computer. Was just about to go out and buy a new one. Thank a million!
