Why My computer keep running in safe mode??

Im new here & I get frustrated about this,

after I installed this :

"Update for Windows Vista (KB955302)

Installation date: ‎25/‎09/‎2008 19:50

Installation status: Successful

Update type: Important

my computer keep running in safe mode even I've restarted several time...

why this happen?? anyone please help

hello there,
when windows has loaded,
go to start>run> type "msconfig"

go to the "boot.ini" tab and deselect the option "/SAFEBOOT"

hopefully this would solve it?

I've done using system restore & also uninstall those update.. . still not working :(
