hi mate, in the acre laptopps I have worked with, the software is built in, but you need to burn it to a dvd. then you can restore it.

we have some facilit in our computer to system restore. we should fix a time before un stall any programm . it is not risk but after instaling programmer and another be delated. go from programm.....thanks
