DVD rom won't recognize any dvds...

Hello,

My DVD ROM won't recognize any dvds or play any dvd rom based games ie...Sims 2 or any other for that matter...will not allow me to create back up disks either. Cd burner is running incomplete also (it begins the burn then fails the closure).


Any thoughts? (not a comp wiz)

Hi there,

You need to clean the drive lens by the help of a lens cleaner.
