CAMERA UPLOAD

Hello,
I AM TRYING TO UPLOAD MY PHOTOS FROM MY CAMERA TO MY COMPUTER. I USUALLY UPLOAD THEM FROM MY USB CORD, BUT NOW ITS NOT WORKING. WHEN I PUT THE CORD IN THE COMPUTER, THE INFORMATION USUALLY POPS UP ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN BUT ITS NOT. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME..??

Dear Sir,

Please get to My Computer and get the drive open from there if it is not popping up as usual.
