Monitor scrren totally disturbed in boot time

Hello,

I have been facing some problems with my monitor. It has been displaying vertical dotted lines on the screen in booting time & also not start window. I tried to restart the computer several times but they are still there. I also verified my monitor connection but there is nothing wrong. Can someone tell me but is a problem with my monitor please?
