How to confirm email address in Facebook

Hello,
actually i want to ask something, i'm really confuse... how to confirm email address in Facebook?
when i check in my email, no message. can u help me??

Dear Iwelomen,

As soon as you have opened the Facebook Confirmation Mail, you will just have to access to the provided link in order to conifrm your account.

Dear Zue,

Due to the fact that you can't answer to the mail, your email service provider's security system blocks the mail as a spam. Please check for it in your spam or junk box.
