Name card in samsung s3500 i mobile phone

Hello,

I recently purchased a samsung mobile phone model GT S3500i from mumbai , India. I tried to send a contact via namecard facility. The name card is delivered, but the sender receives it blank . I tried all the settings etc. , But still the receiver receives a blank name card . Please suggest a way out of the problem .
