Hello,
my hp compaq 530 ultra slim desktop keeps shutting down constantly wen i try to run programs.
it was infected with lot of viruses i now try to format it and it wont complete by shuting down. pls help
so as i wont loose my job.

Hello,

I am not sure what you mean by trying to format it. Do you mean erasing the disk, doing a system reinstall or system restore?
