Pen-drive cannot be formatClosed

Question

Hello,
Any one can help with this problem that I having now?
I got this when I start to format my Pen-Drive
"Window cannot format this drive. Quit any disk utilities or other programs that are using this drive, and make sure that no window is displaying the contents of the drive. Then try formatting again."

But then, don't have any programs that I'm using with my pen- drive.
I try to delete the file store in my pen-drive. But then some of the file will be recopy again into the pen-drive that I already deleted.

Help please...

Dear Sir,

There is a possibility that there is write protection on the disk and in order to remove it, just follow the below instructions:

scan it with norton antivirus  than try to format it again
