Hello,
I just recieved my laptop today and I tried connecting it to my wireless router and it connects but I get no internet access. HELP PLEASE!

Hi there,

Renew your ip,enter cmd,type ipconfig /release,ipconfig /flushdns and ipconfig /renew ,right click on cmd and run as administrator to perform it.
