Well for starting gt the service activated on handset,you will get it fro your sim card network provider.Contact its customer care and request for manual or automatic configuration setting to activate internet on your handset.Then install pc suite on your pc/laptop,connect them both by using usb data cable for phone.On pc make a dial up connection and its ready for browsing and using mobile as modem.
