Hello,
I share a computer with my father. I have an external Maxtor drive that I need to restrict access to. I don't want him to even see the drive when he logs in. I already have user accouts set up but the drive automatically gives itself a drive letter and I don't see how to restrict access to this drive letter.

Dear Sir,

You still have the possibility to set a password to the specific drive through the following steps:

Thanks in advance.

I guess, Protemac Logintrap should be helpful for you somehow. Remember, it's for Mac OS only.
