Hello,

I am a Lotus Notes 7.0.3 user since the company that I work for chose it a few years ago. Recently we needed to open another account. For some reason the server space seems to diminish as we send/keep emails. I’m pretty sure that there might be a setting activated which records all the outgoing emails, thus crippling our online space as we continue to use the account. Does anyone know about this setting or the reason why this is happening?
