Bytecc HDD not being recognized

Hello,
My Labtop recently updated to XP SP3 and my Bytecc Hotdrive 2.5 is not being recognized by Windows now
I disabled my 1394 connection under network but it still does not recognize the exernal HDD

Bytecc HDD not being recognized

I just bought the bytecc 2.5'' enclosure from hoopstick and it is also not reading the drive. I took it out of the enclosure and put it in a laptop but still couldnt read it. Maybe we have more than one problem on our hands.

Hello, check this one...

click start->control panel->select add or remove hardware->and following intructions it detects u hard disk.

HI Penchalaiah:
I tried just that it didn't work since Windows upgraded to SP3 it will not recognice the Bytecc I have alot of
pictures on this hard drive and a lot od space to add more. If you hear, see, or come up with something else give
us a holler.
