Dissappearing of taskbar and desktop iconsClosed

Hello,
Mine is even worse. Even after typing explorer in taskbar, it will appear (the process) in the taskbar for 1 second and then it will disappear itself again !!!

Any idea what could be the issue ?

Task manager>New task>control panel
It should appear after that.. the problem was that the process "explorer.exe" was ended
