Hello,

I have a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard that has always worked perfectly. I moved the computer and when I hooked everything back up I can only get the mouse to work and then if I get the keyboard to work the mouse won't work. Any suggestions appreciated.

I think there is a "connect" button on the bottom of the keyboard and the mouse. It's true that you can only sync one at a time. You might try to sync the in a different order (first the mouse then the keyboard). Do you by chance have a second PC with wireless mouse/keyboard close by?

Good Luck

Did you try to "resync" the transmitter with both the keyboard and mouse? You might want to remove the battery from each device and then replace them before you resync.

Thanks for the quick reply. I really appreciate it. How do I resync at the same time?

My laptop doesn't let me do that, as well. I don't have a wireless keyboard and mouse, but I can't use the keyboard and mouse at the same time.
