PAIRING NOKIA N97 MINI WITH KITMOBILE

Hello, I am trying to pair (via Bluetooth) my Nokia N97 mini phone with a Kitmobile Easy Talk car kit. I have the Bluetooth function set up on the phone, but when searching it says it can detect no bluetooth device, even though the kit is fully charged, switched on, and within one metre of the phone. I have talked to the Nokia technical helpline, and they say I should contact Kitmobile. But I can find no contact number or web adress for the manufacturers. Can anyone help?

is the kitmobile in pairing mode? hold down the power button for about 6 seconds until it flashes blue and red.

When you turn of your device an while turning it back on keep your finger on the off button do not ket go and the red an blue like will flash
