Manipulating Files by creation date MSDOS

Is there any DOS code which will allow me to :

1) find files thru creation dates
2) move files thru creation dates
3) copy files thru creation dates
4) delete files thru creation dates

Dear Sir,

You will simply have to right click on the specific file and select Properties to obtain the information that you are seeking.
