Lose signal in keyboard & mouse during boot u

after the windows logo loading screen when you boot up the screen goes black and the keyboard and mouse stop responding and then the whole computer freezes

Please check the error message on Bios display.Normally it will shows keyboard error,Ask to press 'F4' to resume the activity,watch the message,if you would have connected the defective keyboard.

no i dosen't say that the keyboard wasnt responding how i knew it wasn't working was because the light on the keyboard and the red light on the bottom of the mouse turned off
