I accidentally deleted 2 folders

I accidentally deleted 2-3 folders off my desktop containing very important pictures about 2 days ago and emptied my recycle bin. Ive tried a few different programs but so far no luck. Any suggestions of how I can get these back? They are very important photos and Id appreciate any help.

Dear Sir,

Once you have deleted them from the Recycle Bin, you will have no possibility to obtain them back unless you use a proper recovery kit.
