How to recover my deleted mails on gmail

i need to get my deleted mails on my gmail account..
if you know the solution means pls help me..
its a very important mail for my life..
i feel same on deleting that mail..
pls help me if u can

When I was hospitalized gmail deleted my user name and mail folders. My password recovery email address is no longer valid. I now have a new gmail address but cannot find a way to recover my old lm and addresses. Is there a way?
