Laptop isn't allowing to install antivirus

Please can somebody suggest me about this problem?
My laptop is not allowing any anti virus program. I am using XP.
Please desperate to fix my computer.
HELP !! HELP !! HELP

Check the DNS of your network adapters, and have it obtain the DNS automatically. There is a malicious program that is setting its own DNS that blocks most anti-spyware and virus software websites and updates.

Boot in safe mode and make a system restore to previous dates it was not infected.
