Tp-link router cannot be access to internet

Please help me i can't access my tp-Link router. TL-WR34OG is the model and i'm using SMART Broadband. Its IP address is 192.168.3.2 when i check its configuration, I've tried to ping to 192.168.1.1 but it doesnt work.. Advice me what to do.. THANKS

The router has obtained a valid ip address but cannot access the internet

im currently using that tp link router. just reset and manually restore your settings or go to your supplier
