Generate list based on drop down selection

Hi,

I am trying to get a list of data to update cells upon the selection of a drop down menu item, which will vary.

For example, , Sheet 1 Cell A1 has the name of the state that would be selected. I would then want to search for this value in Cell A2 and find associated people and copy that information back to Sheet 1 Cell C3 for as many records as it would find.

The data would look like this:

Drop down: VIC TAS SA WA in sheet 1 cell A1
Look up selection in Cell A2 & copy people for VIC.
