Help, my laptop shutsdown by itself

my laptop shutsdown everytime i watch videos on youtube or play FLV files on the net. and my laptop shutsdown by itself when i use photoshop sometimes and sometimes it offs for no reason at all . i on it back again and it shuts down after 2 seconds or when windows xp starts to load

Hi there,

Its overheating issue,when processor works faster to load applications thus its heating more and not enough air circulation ,ill advise to use a usb cooler pad to solve this issue.
