Can't type certain letters on acer loptop

I get numbers when I type the letter p, q, ., @ and the delete key will not work correctly. Is there a fix anyone has found? Thanks

Dear Joana,

Please check whether the keys are not stuck down or still if there is any virus causing the trouble.
