Can't download music 4rm laptop2phone anymore

Ok so i got a new phone back in december (It's a LG EnV Touch from Verizon) and when i first got it i saw i could download music from my computer to my phone with the usb cord, and at first it worked and i had a lot of music, so the the other day i decided i was going to delete all the music on there to put new songs on, and when i plugged my usb to my phone and my laptop, it said connecting but it never connected and now it just isn't recognized. It's really frustrating because now i have no music on my phone and i just want it to work the way it did be4. If anyone has any answers it would be much appreciated!!!!! Thanks in advance!!!!

Hi there,

If you recently made new changes on mobile hone settings ,roll back or reset to default then connect back to pc and make transfers.When connected select phone mode or data transfer on handset screen.
