Screen turned black

when i playing online game my computer screen suddenly turned black screen and sound come out need to reboot my pc then can working what happen about my desktop?

Dear Sir,

This has happened because the game's system requirements have not been respected. The source of the problem should be coming from its graphic card. Please get help from the below article for solving the problem.
