Spyware removed my wallpaper

please please help me, i will forever be indebted to you...... after removing a virus or whatever it is, from my computer, the wallpaper is not in regedit and i cannot change my wallpaper or see icons of my pictures..... besides that the computer is operating fine... i have windows vista 7 and i have tried everything that's on this site and nothings working!!!!!! please help me get my wall paper back... i have a compaq notebook. please help in a way that i can understand =[ please

This problem might be caused by a malware and in order to get it removed please get through the below provided instructions.

Please download Malwarebyte.

Before installing it, just in case the virus is self protective and prevent Malwarebyte from running, rename it Kioskea.exe.

Install and update it.

I recommend a FULL system scan which also scan your system volume information

i tried that twice =[ iys not working does this mean i need to reboot and just reinstall windows all together.... maing taking it to a computer/ IT store..... i've tried everything
