How to add all msn contacts at once

all of my msn contacts were deleted out of the blue
now i was wondering how to add all my contacts back instead of going through them one by one as i have about 700 contacts
HELP ME !!

Dear Sir,

Please get to the menu and click on Import all contacts and hence get all of the contacts imported.
